Boxes!

late night thoughts..

maybe i'll get to sleep after jotting these down...hopefully. i have an insatiable need to be different. or at least to feel different. to be unique is my ultimate goal. i hate it when people say that no one is unique. which i suppose is true if you base it on the fact that you and like fifteen other people are all having the same thought...i do suppose that would make you and those other people the same. but my argument to that is that it is not that single thought that defines our uniqueness. it is the collection of thoughts, feelings, likes and dislikes, and most of all how we act upon them that makes us unique. each person their own little puzzle piece. unique in it's every curve and corner. so as a collection each and everyone of us is unique, yes? it never seems to feel that way does it.. see what may seem oh so normal to us, may seem so very different to the rest of the world. i think most people fail to realize this fact (most of the time me included). so what do we do to feel different and go and change something. maybe buy a new shirt or get a new hair cut. when really, how much does that really change? not much..but geeze does it feel like a significant difference. maybe we all just want to fit in. fit in by being different..like a puzzle piece.

Long Time..

Geeze it's been awhile. Hmm..where to start..oh I know! Let's start off with PAX.. SOOOOOOOOOOO much fun! For those of you who are unaware of what the glorious PAX is..it is the Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle. Which is basically a gaming convention plus concerts. So for two whole days (cause we didn't go to the third) Scott, Owen (who joined us on the second day) and I walked around gathering as many free things as we could. Which we won so hardcore about! Twenty free t-shirts! The advanced beta of hello kitty online!! Oh and I am a ninja and put Scott in the perfect spot so he would win his lovely new graphics card...! and so very much more. It was fun in the most epic proportions. So the concert on the first day was Anamanaguchi which was AMAZING. I ♥ them so much. Oh and we were about the second or third row of people back from the stage. soooo good. Second day concert was..wait for it... FREEZEPOP!!! soooooo much love. I pretty much got to dance with Justinne Gamache! So great. And then of course Scott got the swine flu..I didn't..yay for being anti-germ! But that also meant I got to stay up north for a few extra days! yay yay. But anyways that's pretty much all that's happened..oh what an exciting life I lead..

scott's fish

So my boyfriend just got a fish. It's a blue Betta. He is a very swimmy fishy. He lives in a..ovalish tank with a red plant and a green plant. Totally something Scott would do lol design his tank in RGB. Such an art kid he is. Oh the fishy's name is Theodore. So anyways that's all that's really new. I've been at the beach for a week and a half and now am hanging at the boyfriend's house till PAX. Which is going to be sooooo fun! I'm so excited. :p
